Maybe this is a weird statement to make as a food(ish) blogger, but mealtime is probably my least favorite time of the day as a mom. Surely I’m not alone in that, right?

It’s no question that I’m a self-designated Instant Pot advocate. I tell pretty much anyone and everyone I come in contact with about it, and if you come over for a meal at my house, I’ll almost definitely serve you something out of it, so you can see its wonder for yourself.
